  15. Do you have any criminal history? (Criminal history is not a disqualification depending on crime commited.)

  17. Have you ever donated sperm before?

  18. Do you fully understand that we are only looking for sperm donation, not a father for the child concieved?

  19. Do you consent to signing a legal docuent stating that you will have no rights to the child, if concieved?

  20. Do you want to be notified if there is conception?

  21. Have you had a recent drug screen?

  22. Have you had a recent STD's screening?

  23. Are you generally healthy?

How to apply...

BEFORE APPLYING

  • Be advised that we are looking for donors for AI (ARTIFICIAL Insemination).

  • That means absolutely NO intercourse is involved.

  • We are looking for donors to help us achieve our dream of being parents, so the only compensation offered is gas money ($5-20 a month depending on your location and the number of times you donate a month.)

  • Be sure to review the process page before applying so you know exactly how it will work.

  • There are NO STRINGS ATTACHED. There is a legal contract that you will sign before donation that states this and it's details. If you are inerviewed, we will review the contract.
